Positive and Negative Creativity: Individual and Environmental Influences on Government and Private Employees

Research on creativity as an attitude, thinking ability, and creative behavior developed in the education sphere is profoundly related to positive things. Meanwhile, research for negative or allegedly dark side of still very limited both industrial world. This study examines influence internal factors (personality intelligence) external (organizational climate organizational culture) creativity. The sample comprised 180 government employees a ministry office 150 private at well-known insurance company Jakarta. results this show that employees, mainly influenced by factors, namely openness personality type, none affects. Simultaneously, particularly goal-oriented climate, On other hand, have various (such extraversion neuroticism) also (the culture cooperation customer orientation). In contrast, organization, specifically process runs within organization.
